At ERF RIDES, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

  • If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To request a return, contact our customer service at support@efarides.com to receive the return address and instructions.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a customer’s choice (e.g., no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

💡 We charge shipping costs only once, and no restocking fees will be applied.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email confirmation of receipt.

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing time can vary.
