At ERF RIDES, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To request a return, contact our customer service at support@efarides.com to receive the return address and instructions.
If the return is due to a customer’s choice (e.g., no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
💡 We charge shipping costs only once, and no restocking fees will be applied.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will send you an email confirmation of receipt.
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund:
Re-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – processing time can vary.
